My boiler is several years old and has not been regularly serviced and has recently been difficult to light. How can I get it service/repaired?

There are two ways of solving your problem.

The first is to arrange a visit from our Engineer who will fully service and repair the boiler at your location. The Engineer carries a full range of spares and therefore can effect any repair with just one visit.

The second way is to arrange to remove the BURNER ASSEMBLY and send it to our service centre, where it can be fully overhauled and bench tested ready for reinstallation. This service normally has a 36 hour turnaround. A Burner Assembly removal technical data sheet is available on request, or can be downloaded from this website.
